FAQ

How long does the bowl need to freeze?

8–12 hours. Most people just keep the bowl in the freezer so it's ready whenever. The colder it is, the creamier the result.

How long does it take to make ice cream?

About 15 minutes of churning once the bowl is frozen. Thicker mixes (more cream) set faster; a protein shake takes a few minutes longer.

How much does it make?

One generous serving per batch — about two scoops. Rinse the bowl, refreeze it, and go again.

What can I put in it?

Anything you'd put in a milkshake: milk and cream, yogurt, oat or coconut milk, protein shakes, fruit purée. Add solid toppings through the side windows while it churns.

Does it need to be plugged in?

No — it's cordless. Charge it over USB-C (cable included) and it runs several batches per charge.

Is it safe for kids?

Yes. One button, no blades, and the paddle only turns with the lid on. The bowl is very cold from the freezer, so little ones should use it with an adult.

How do I clean it?

Lift off the lid, take out the paddle and bowl, rinse with warm water. Wipe the base — don't submerge it.

How long is shipping?

7–10 days, tracked, worldwide. You'll get a tracking link by email.

What if I don't like it?

You have 30 days to return it unused for a full refund. Damaged on arrival? Send us a photo and we'll replace it free.
